My wife, Nancy, and I came to your dealership in March interested in purchasing a new Toyota. After looking at the 2017 Avalon, we went to other dealerships looking at other makes of vehicles. We returned in April to your dealership and met with Cory Barrett again. At this time I want to tell you that Cory was one reason we purchased our 2017 Highlander Limited. In the past years, purchasing a new car has been a terrible experience. Cory impressed us as a salesman who cared about his customers. Not only did he go out of his way to show us every operational detail of the vehicle, he even came to our home with the Highlander to make certain it fit into our garage. We also purchased a car cover which he brought to our home and installed it onto the car. Since purchasing the Highlander, I have asked if he could find a pre-owned Highlander for my wife. I have recommended Cory to friends and family interested in purchasing a new Toyota. On a different note: the only problem I had at your dealership was when the car arrived. I believe the detail crew needs to improve their services. I believe the detailing on the car could have been better...no fault of Cory's. A suggestion: perhaps consider installing a drive through car wash in order to wash customers' vehicles after beening serviced. This is a service I appreciated at other dealerships.
