When I was faced with the daunting task of choosing and purchasing a replacement vehicle, I elected to approach the sales team at Don Ringler. Eric was the sales associate who I was introduced to, and within minutes he had not only made me feel comfortable and confident that he was a competent Toyota rep, he also made it abundantly clear that he cared about the state of affairs that my family and I were left in after losing our car FAR FAR more than any sale. After I told him that I was interested in acquiring a new Prius C, we began the looking and driving process, which was Completely painless and pressure free. The quality of make, safety, and extremely attractive mileage that the Prius C offers made my decision an easy one. I made the offer which I was comfortable with on the car, and was more than pleasantly surprised when it was accepted graciously, with no uncomfortable haggling. Here is where I met Morgan, who not only facilitated my Auto Financing expertly, he also saw to it that all of my conditions of interest and additional coverage were seen to, all within ONE DAY!!! I might add that he also made me feel extremely comfortable, discussing the music we both love, and generally giving a "friends chatting" feel to the whole experience, as opposed to the hard line financiers which we have all grown accustomed to and avoid.
