The staff at Don Ringler Toyota goes above and beyond to live up to their motto and treat each potential customer as a valuable member of their family from the moment you walk in the door. After giving it some thought, I decided to trade in my old 2013 Tacoma which I had also bought at Don Ringler and decided to upgrade to the new 2017 model. When I decided to go through the car buying process again, at no point did I feel pressured in any part of the decision making process. The staff at Don Ringler made every effort to put me in a position to make the decision that was best for me which really put my mind at ease. Once I decided to purchase another Tacoma the staff worked hard to negotiate a great price for me and made the transition into my new truck a smooth one. I live about 45 min away from the dealership, but I still take my Tacoma to get serviced at Don Ringler every time which is a credit to the trust I have in the people who work there. I want to personally thank Russell Triche for the outstanding treatment he gave me as my car salesman and I also want to thank Morgan Shrode for all of his hard work in helping me sign off on all the financial paper work for my new truck. Small town charm I called Don Ringler about a truck they had advertised and let them know I would like to take a look but would not be able to make it for about 5 days I called Don Ringler about a truck they had advertised and let them know I would like to take a look but would not be able to make it for about 5 days as I live 160 miles away. They pulled the truck for me and held it to make sure I would have an opportunity to see it. My wife and I arrived and were greeted at the door by our salesman who had the truck filled up, detailed and waiting for us. We took our test drive and wanted to go have lunch to think about. Don Ringler allowed us to take the truck to lunch. Needless to say we decided to buy the truck and both the sales and finance department bent over backwards to get the deal done. This was the 2nd truck I had bought in 3 months and the experience was 180 degrees from the first one that I bought a dealer in Houston. The follow up after saw has been even more impressive. I would recommend the Don Ringler dealerships to anyone, and will give them the first opportunity at my future business despite living 3 1/2 hours away.
