He was not pushy at all or in my face about things like people at other dealerships I visited looking for my new car. At Don Ringler Toyota, they really care about how they can help you best, and they will work with you to get you what you want at a reasonable price you can afford. They work on volume of sales not commission. They really just want to make you happy and do business with you. I have already recommended them to so many people. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will definitely continue to recommend buying from Don Ringler, and I will absolutely be back in the future when I need a new car again. More

They matched all bids and kept me informed about various cars. You won't find a more polite salesman than Russell Triche. He answered all questions, showed us how to operate the car apps. and setup several apps on the car monitor. He was not pushy or try to sell me something I didn't need. Their dealership needs to expand as their sales have expanded, my opinion. I was not looking forward to sitting down with finance director, Morgan Shrode. I have never met him before, but he made us feel like family and gave us great advice once we got into see him. This process took awhile, but they had several customers to process. I enjoyed talking to Morgan and Russell and getting my needs taken care of. Most of all I need to thank Donnie Ringler for approving the purchase. Look forward to meeting Mr. Ringler at one of my next visits. I visited Ringler Toyota back in 2009. I was impressed by the friendliness back than, and now. I purchased my car in 2009 from a dealer near by, thinking they were a satellite dealership of Ringler Toyota. Glad I final figured that out .Ringler sold 2 of the used cars that I wanted to buy, so I looked around and ended buying anew car. I'm from Iowa so I didn't know any one from this dealership.
