Worst customer service in Baltimore. Constantly overbooking. I bought a a brand new 2008 Town and Country from Don White Timonium. The customer service is unbelievable. I have taken my vehicle for repair an aver I bought a a brand new 2008 Town and Country from Don White Timonium. The customer service is unbelievable. I have taken my vehicle for repair an average of 3 times a year for the past 8 years and yes they never cease to amaze me. Every single trip, 100% of my visits my vehicle has to stay in the shop longer than they promise. an average of a week every other place i take my car it an average of 24 hours. I have had this car 8 years and till today my A/c has never functioned correctly i have taken it back every year and they have kept my car an average of 2 weeks and still the A/C is never fuctioning always blowing hot air. My car is currently at Don white as we speak for the same problem and as usual 3 days have already past and no word. Why do i keep taking my car back to Don white? Because like the fool I am I paid for the extra warranty (hence A/C)so if the repair falls under the warranty i will get it done at Don White although as i mentioned worse experience in my life. I don't usually complain and the guys at the front desk are very nice and helpful but 8 years of constant bad service its time I say something. I am going to all feedback sites to complain about Don Whites constant overbooking and bad service, the least i can do is warn others out there. More

A Rep that went above and beyond! After routine brake repair at the service center, I had to bring my Rav4 back in for a very annoying squeaking noise. The first service rep/tech someh After routine brake repair at the service center, I had to bring my Rav4 back in for a very annoying squeaking noise. The first service rep/tech somehow missed the cause of the noise and actually sent me back on my way SQUEAKING after a 2 hour wait! Something inside me told me to return and that's when another representative (Derrick) could see the concern in my face. He actually took complete charge to fix the situation. He made me feel comfortable, secure and assured that he would help me or at least give me answers. He drove the vehicle and immediately noticed the loud noise and took action! He not only found the cause of the noise, but also made sure that the work was completed and that I was relieved of my vehicles issue and concerns. I appreciate how he went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was solved and a customer was happily satisfied. I will always schedule with Derrick and definitely refer to HIM! Amazing Service from an Amazing Rep! More

Poor service I did take my car to Don White to fix the heater. The heater was fixed but, the dashboard was making noise, then I noticed about 10 screws on the floo I did take my car to Don White to fix the heater. The heater was fixed but, the dashboard was making noise, then I noticed about 10 screws on the floor-mat. Apparently, whoever opened the dashboard to fix the heater, did not put back the screws. I contacted the service manager and explained the situation. To my surprise, there was no apology from him and, instead of wanting the car back right away to be fixed, he wanted me to bring the car to him in two weeks. I knew by waiting that long it could have damage the dashboard. As a result, I did take the care somewhere else and paid about $200.00 to open the dashboard again and put back the screws. At another time, they forgot to put enough oil in the engine. After the oil change, just to make sure, I checked the oil level which was way low, almost none as indicated in the oil stick. I showed this to a service adviser who added oil. Otherwise, the Hemi engine would have been damaged. I informed the service manager who expressed no apology for this gross oversight. Within the past six months or so, I have had other issues with this dealership as well. Although this dealership is only a few minutes away from where I am, I will no longer want to take the risk for taking my cars to Don White. I have already contacted the Jeep customer relation for this. More

Would have appreciated a call. At 11:00 am I left my Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change, brake rotation, and two recall items. Patrick Hennessey took my car promptly and I gave him my cell phone number to call when the vehicle was ready. At 5:30 pm I called to see if the car was finished, was put on hold, and never did get a person (except the annoying woman's voice repeatedly and continually advertising Don White). At 6:00 I called back to be told the service department was closed, but that I could pick up my car until 8:30 pm. I think the service department does good work, but I would have appreciated a call from Patrick to tell me the car was ready since I needed a ride to the site. I do thank the ladies in the office for their courteous assistance. More
