This was an unusual experience. I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. Chrysler denied the repair citing reasons that made no sense. Don White reached out to me and said "you are our customer and we will take care of you". Don White put in a new engine and they continued to keep me updated and they did a great job taking care of me while an engine was located. More
