Don White’s has always been great and easy to work with! I actually purchased my Jeep at another dealership, but have had nothing but issues with the other dealership ever since. I decided that for my first oil change I would take it back to Don White’s since I purchased my previous vehicle there, and they for sure didn’t disappoint. Convenient "after hours" drop off the night prior to my Service Appt made things so much easier for me. The next morning Jess gave me a detailed explanation of recommended services/options. Took my car in twice for a simple oil change. 2 times I had to return back to the dealer to stop an oil leak. Driveway was ruined by oil stains. Secondly I went in to have my blower replaced and they damag had to return back to the dealer to stop an oil leak. Driveway was ruined by oil stains. Secondly I went in to have my blower replaced and they damaged my glove box in the process.. Service mgr initially said his guy did not do it. But after the oil leak repair he promised they would try and make the box right.. So far no reply from the dealer on the glove box replace / repair issue. No faith in these folks. More
