I have been almost 6 months waiting for my truck to get fixed. I am ready to get a Lawyer. I have asked for a buyback or trade in for another vehicle will never recommend anyone here. They tried to overcharge me for an oil change I had a coupon for The Works and they tried to charge me $40 more. the service writer said oh you have a coupon however it says for the works right on the bo coupon for The Works and they tried to charge me $40 more. the service writer said oh you have a coupon however it says for the works right on the board is $89. My coupon said it was $69.. also they did not wash my car or ask if I wanted it washed. More

From our salesman, Joe Tuzzolino, getting me to the payment I wanted to be at and answering a million questions, to the finane guy (can't recall his name) going over my lease plan and options, it was payment I wanted to be at and answering a million questions, to the finane guy (can't recall his name) going over my lease plan and options, it was a very nice experience. They were both so helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and most of all patient. Stopped in on a whim and drove out 2 days later with a 2 door Bronco Badlands that I absolutely LOVE, but never knew I wanted...lol Highly recommend Don's Ford!! More

I am VERY unhappy with the service! It took me several days of calling to set up the appointment to have my oil changed at home ! No one answered the phone!! When the service was fina It took me several days of calling to set up the appointment to have my oil changed at home ! No one answered the phone!! When the service was finally set the guy who came to do it placed the jack in my driveway. I suggested he might want to do it on the road. We live in a manufactured home park with little to no traffic and we are on a dead end. He placed in the driveway, I now have a HOLE in the middle of my driveway where the jack was! I want the driveway fixed!! So far Ford sent someone out to look at it but no one had gotten back to us!!! I want it fixed! More
Service before the sale was great. I was able to get a good deal and they promised me a couple of extra's that I really wanted. The problem was after I picked up the truck. They did I was able to get a good deal and they promised me a couple of extra's that I really wanted. The problem was after I picked up the truck. They didn't have the second key they said they would have for me, and the front license plate holder was missing. I was told the key was on backorder but their sister dealer near me would handle it and the plate holder would be shipped to me by the end of the week. Fast forward four months, front brakes that were failing, multiple emails and phone calls and a final reminder that I had paperwork from them stating that they owed me a second key. Suddenly they told me to drive the two hours back to them I got the second key. The plate holder was the wrong one though and they refused to fix the front brakes. I was told to stop back in a couple days for the new plate holder. I happened to be out that way again, but was told the plate holder never came in. The service counter person took one off of another truck in the lot, but of course, it didn't fit my truck. At least Amazon was able to help me the next day. I also found out that at the time they sold me my truck, they passed the front brakes so that is why they would not pay to fix them now. Thanks for nothing. BTW, I also found out there was an open recall on my truck that they could have fixed during the months that it sat on their lot, or in the week between when I agreed to buy it and my pick up day. They did tell me I could schedule a service call with them to bring it back (reminder I live two hours away). Overall, the price of the vehicle was good, but the hassles of trying to get them to uphold their end of the deal after was not worth it. More
