I went in looking to buy a used truck because mine died and I just needed a cheap used truck. When they found out I could not pay cash I was treated like garbage. After THREE WEEKS of pushing me around I l and I just needed a cheap used truck. When they found out I could not pay cash I was treated like garbage. 2015 Edge Heater problem.. Told them heat only blows out the defrost wife brought it in they "looked at it" 2hours tell wife it works fine. She pays $140.00 goes out to the car heater still doesn't work. Sh the defrost wife brought it in they "looked at it" 2hours tell wife it works fine. She goes right back in tells the guy it still don't work he comes out oh yeah it doesn't work does it.. well we dont have the parts to fix it now so make an appointment to have it fixed! WTH was the 140.00 for! Not the first time this has happened clame work was done but really nuthing was done! Worst dealer in MN!!! Now I have to drive 3hrs to have work done on the car :( More

Very Pleased I brought my 2013 Ford Expedition to Dondelinger Ford for routine maintenance. As I approached the Service Desk, I noticed that two FREE COUPONS had I brought my 2013 Ford Expedition to Dondelinger Ford for routine maintenance. As I approached the Service Desk, I noticed that two FREE COUPONS had expired. I showed them to the CSR who quickly checked with the "Powers to Be" and it was determined that they would honor them both! Great...and a free wash was also added. I'll be back even after my coupons expire. More
