My issue was the fuel cap of the truck that went missing between the time it went to the shop to check a recall and when it came back from detailing. Drew personally looked for the cap and went to the gas station to check there also. A replacement cap was ordered immediately but took 2 days to arrive. Once it did arrive I received 2 notification calls. Karl Them, Service Manager is another high quality employee. He saw me driving up and met me in the parking lot to personally clip in the replacement part. The folks I worked directly with cared greatly, but somewhere in the dealership there is someone who could do a lot better. All said I believe the dealership is already addressing the issue. I would recommend them without hesitation and do business with them again. More
