Donley pulls through again!!! I have to tell you....you guys are setting a high bar for other Ford service departments! I was having an issue with the steering (front end would sh I have to tell you....you guys are setting a high bar for other Ford service departments! I was having an issue with the steering (front end would shake at 45-50+) and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appt., I was out of town, so my wife and brother-in-law took the truck in a day early for its early morning appt. the next morning. Later in the afternoon....on the SAME DAY they dropped off the truck....they completed the work! (something with the steering damper). Yeah, they finished the job before the schedule appt.!! Who does that? These guys/gals do!!!! It may take us 30+ minutes to get to Donley from our house but it is WELL worth the trip. I'm going on 26 years of owning Ford diesel PUs and Donley BY FAR surpasses any service department we've ever gone to. They are definitley "top cabin"! More
