Mike Busch was a pleasure to work with. - bgalvin

Mike Busch was a pleasure to work with. I live 2 hrs away and had just finished a cancer treatment at OSU James on Monday (10/12) and stopped to get something to eat on Sawmill Rd when my vehicle became disabled. It was a nightmare. But after being towed to Germain and then getting a ride home after 5 hrs, Mike was in constant contact with me from the very next day through the completion of the repair. He went above and beyond (in my opinion) in contacting Ford several times to get it approved for "another" recall - which he was successful so the initial repair costs me nothing!!!!! The service dept also checked over my vehicle and made recommendations, which I was going to do anyway, so I just had Germain do them. Very, very, very satisfied with the service and Mike. On one of my worst days, Mike and the team made it bearable. He is to be commended :) Brenda Galvin

Just purchased my 2026 Ford Bronco from Dom. - Brooklynkapper7

Just purchased my 2026 Ford Bronco from Dom. The entire experience was seamless. The communication and follow through was impressive. With not much car knowledge, Dom did an AMAZING job explaining everything to me, and making sure I left the dealership happy and confident in my new Bronco. I am looking forward to working with him for years to come!

Paul and the crew were amazing and very attentive to my needs and also very aware and I can really appreciate that about a person. There was one other guy who attitude stinks but I don’t let stuff like that bother me, it was still a really good buying experience for me. Hopefully that guy can do better because you never know what people are going through. Paul, thanks so much for your help, you took Whole lot of weight off my back.

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal - Shaun R Marolt

The service center at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. We purchased our Nissan, new, at this dealership and had a great experience. But once we started servicing our Rogue here it was quite the opposite. Long wait times were the norm, mysterious damage to our vehicle such as a dent in the quarter panel next to the hood, that wasn't there before. Oil leaking from the drain plug on multiple servicing's, they would never change the crush washer on the drain plug. And just recently my windshield came back cracked. When i questioned it the service manager told me it was a rock chip and things happen. Don't worry was his response, your comprehensive will cover the damage. Meaning someone else will pay, just not us. I had no proof, so $200.00 later i have a new windshield and will NEVER use this dealership again or recommend!!!

Writing this in regards to my mother in law. - Tiffany

Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this... - sonofasailor35

I bought a 2012 Mustang from Tyler Allen at this dealership in August, it had 22,000 miles on it. I took it in to my local dealership for warranty work. They said the warranty would not apply since this car had been in an accident. The service man at my local dealership said it would not be a big deal, any reputable dealer would cover the cost - as it turns out, Mathews Ford is NOT A REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Tyler Allen actually had the nerve to tell me that I should have checked this vehicle's history before I bought it from him. Ironically, he said he himself is just too busy to bother checking histories of the cars he sells. Basically, this dealership's attitude is if you are stupid enough to trust us it's your fault.
