I had my car serviced and they did not fix my problem and over charged me. Gave me back my car and same day car wouldn’t turn on had to have towed to another Ford dealership because I refused to take it back over charged me. The next Ford dealership fixed the main issue on my car that Donnell Ford said they fixed. No one from management called me back on the overcharge , the fixing of repairs that was not fixed and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong which I have proof from the next dealership that the repair they said they did was not done. When I went back for the same issue they apparently fixed they refused to give me back the difference in what I was charged vs what they told me the repairs would cost. Which in fact I should have been refunded all my money as they didn’t even fix my cars problem. Donnell Ford in boardman is by far the worst of the worst when it comes to their service dept. They took absolutely no responsibility or ownership for the mistakes they made and made me feel as if I was a nuisance to get my issues resolved. And since they didn’t make it right I had to call Ford customer relations and complain. Do not take your car here for service . Absolutely horrible service and they will take you for your money and not fix a thing. More

My 2014 F-150 began making a loud noise a couple weeks ago. I'm no mechanic but I thought it sounded like a power steering unit needing fluid. After buying some fluid I found out it had an electric power ago. I'm no mechanic but I thought it sounded like a power steering unit needing fluid. After buying some fluid I found out it had an electric power steering unit. I brought it to Donnell but it would not repeat the noise. They delivered it back to my house and John a (scheduler) that returned my truck was also able to hear the noise so I brought it back and Matt (service adviser) had what turned out to be a loose heat shield fixed and returned my truck. I thought everyone involved Matt, John, two mechanics whose names I did not know, all the people in the service and garage area, and Lyle who ran my shuttle service, all deserve compliments for going above and beyond. I want to thank everyone involved. and wish someone would forward this to Ford Motors Corp and let them know some of their employees are doing things that bring people back for more business in the future. I can't enough Good things about Nick Visingardi. In all seriousness I put him through xxxx with this purchase and he just smiled and laughed the whole time. We were welcome right at the door when we got there.
