Sent several messages, never got a response from them. Can't speak for any of the sales staff, listed prices seemed a little high but assumed they'd negotiate like any dealership. So far-so good It was a strange experience shopping at this dealership. No one returns calls no matter how many times you may request info. And insisting on cash for every sale was just peculiar. When the vehicle came in that I wanted I took it for a test drive only to find out the check engine light was on. This after waiting a week for it to come from the overflow lot. I then found out that the vehicles do not go through any inspection. They get them from auto auctions and other dealers then flip them for a 'cheap' price. So true the words-caveat emptor. I dealt with an individual named Heath. I had to ask him about a mask, which he finally put on during our negotiations. That said, he handled all the paperwork and the dealer fees were quite reasonable compared to other dealers. Their inventory changes daily and they don't update their vehicles on the internet. So I did a lot of calling during the interim of about a month until I found the van that I wanted. Would I recommend them? Yes, but do your homework. I was fortunate enough to bring a friend with me who was 'car savvy' and checked things out beforehand as best he could. More
