Doral Kia

After more than 30 years buying Subarus & Hondas I decided to give Kia a try. I was looking for a Kia Sorento S with sunroof and captain chairs and called Doral Kia, spoke to Tobias and asked about ho decided to give Kia a try. I was looking for a Kia Sorento S with sunroof and captain chairs and called Doral Kia, spoke to Tobias and asked about honoring MSRP price, if the vehicle had the features that I want and I was advised "sure, we can do MSRP and we have the vehicle in stock, no problem" I drove an hour one way to Doral Kia and they show me a vehicle without the captains chairs and told me there was a market adjustment price. I understand free market and I'm aware of what the S stands for on MSRP, my problem is the lie. Do not make waste 2+hours of my time plus gas just because you have no integrity. I had called other dealers and I was advised up front there was a market adjustment price and no problem, actually went to Gunther Kia and they did not have a problem with MSRP but they did not have the trim I'm looking for. I will post my review on dealer rater and google and keep buying Hondas & Subarus as they have earned my trust. Thanks for your time, will be looking forward to your reply. More
