Thieves, unprofessional and charging absurd rates for a first service. Waited 4 hours for a simple oil change and was charged 225, South Dade kia is doing the same service for 89. If only zero stars were an option. I leased a 2023 Niro EV from this dealership in December. It was the worst experience I've ever had with any car financing in 30+ years of driving. Whenever I call them, they either don't answer or put me on hold forever. They don't do much better with email replies either (very late or not at all). If you get a vehicle from here be very careful since they will not give you any attention after you drive away. Even the lease document they provided on a USB thumb drive was corrupted (unreadable) and I had to ask them to provide another copy... it took over 2 weeks. Do you research online and see that other customers are saying many bad things about their honesty, communications, etc being far from professional. I have left a negative review on other platforms and the manager "responded" to save face and offered for me to contact him... guess what? I emailed him and there was NO response. The only 5 star reviews are because the sales associates beg customers to leave those reviews so that they get an incentive. I am still waiting for this dealership to fulfill their promises over a month later. More

Stay away from this dealer. They are charging $10K over MSRP on a $30K K5. Don't reward these types of dealers with your business. Even if you buy from another state, you'll still be saving a ton over what this dealer is charging. More

Contacted them about a Kia Sorento plugin hybrid online. Someone representative told me price was $51,195 plus tax title registration and dealer fee. After more than 30 years buying Subarus & Hondas I decided to give Kia a try. I was looking for a Kia Sorento S with sunroof and captain chairs and called Doral Kia, spoke to Tobias and asked about ho decided to give Kia a try. I was looking for a Kia Sorento S with sunroof and captain chairs and called Doral Kia, spoke to Tobias and asked about honoring MSRP price, if the vehicle had the features that I want and I was advised "sure, we can do MSRP and we have the vehicle in stock, no problem" I drove an hour one way to Doral Kia and they show me a vehicle without the captains chairs and told me there was a market adjustment price. I understand free market and I'm aware of what the S stands for on MSRP, my problem is the lie. Do not make waste 2+hours of my time plus gas just because you have no integrity. I had called other dealers and I was advised up front there was a market adjustment price and no problem, actually went to Gunther Kia and they did not have a problem with MSRP but they did not have the trim I'm looking for. I will post my review on dealer rater and google and keep buying Hondas & Subarus as they have earned my trust. Thanks for your time, will be looking forward to your reply. More
