I bought a car from Lincoln Doral last sunday 12/30/18 and the service provided from their staff is amazing, since the moment I sent an inquiry online I bought a car from Lincoln Doral last sunday 12/30/18 and the service provided from their staff is amazing, since the moment I sent an inquiry online about the car, until the moment I drove the car out of their lot. Allison Florez responded almost instantly to my online inquiry a day before driving all the way from Tampa to Miami with my family to test drive the car, she made sure the car was still available before I made the 4-hour trip to the dealer and she was very courteous and helpful, she put me in touch with Justin Montoya to take care of me once I arrived to their dealearship and I was also very impressed and thankful to Justin Montoya for his excellent service and attention he provided to me and my family upon our arrival to the dealership, Justin made us feel welcomed and he ensure he answered all the questions we had about the car on very friendly and professional manner, he is not pushy at all and is very honest upfront, he got us the highest trade-in value for our trade in out of any other dealer we visited in the state and he got us a great deal in the car purchased from them. Altough I bougth a used 2013 car, Justin and his peers made us feel like if we were buying a brand new, 50K car from their showroom!! I am also very thankful to Mr. Madrid, the finacial specialist gentleman that assisted us closing the deal, he also answered all the questions we had with the financing and extended warranties as well, he is very patient and professional and he ensured to get us the best interest rate and deal available to us. The day we got the car only one of the remote key was available, it was a sunday and they were not able to find the additional remote key same day, but Justin Montoya ensured me he was going to personally keep looking for it and if available he will overnight it to my home at no charge, surely he did follow through, found the second remote key and sent it overnight to us, I received it yesterday. I can honestly say that their service and deals are the best I have come accross anywhere in the state of Florida, thank you Doral Lincoln, Justin Montoya and team for such an awesome car buying experience!!! More
