He explained he was working and that it was far, they convinced him to come, he went anyway. All they did was try to get him on the lot- they never had to the car there. xxxxxxxx!!! Doral Lincoln is one of those car lots where buyer beware and one star are not low enough descriptors. The purchase from out of state was going well. I contacted a salesperson on Saturday to verify that the vehicle was available and that they would hold it. The salesperson was not going to be available on Sunday but had alerted the manager that I would be arriving. When I called on Sunday morning they had transferred the transaction to another salesperson. I informed him what had transpired the day before to get him up to speed because the manager had not told him anything. Arriving at Doral on Sunday I was allowed to take the vehicle on a test drive the equivalent of 4 blocks. As I had been waiting for a car equipped with these features since the chip shortage started I decided to continue with the purchase. 1) The Finance problem: The sales manager and finance department wasted three more hours forcing me into a high-interest rate loan despite the fact that I was going to pay cash (a fact they knew the day before). They claimed that they could not let me take the car that night unless I signed the high-interest rate loan. Needing to be on the road the next morning, I signed the loan being assured that I could pay off the loan with NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY. The next day, Monday, my bank wired the money to Doral Lincoln and it was confirmed received. 2) The Registration Problem: During the financing of the car I was informed that Doral had to collect tax, title and licensing fees but that they had a professional company that would take care of all out of state documentation. They assured me that if I needed another temporary plate they would get me one. I started emailing them (3 times), I have called four departments leaving messages with all, and chatted with their online person twice. I am now driving on an expired tag. No one will return my calls; salesperson, manager or finance manager. 3) Registration Problem Two: My home state will not register the vehicle without the title. I was assured that the title would be sent to me by the “professional company” that they use. 4) Vehicle Specific Parts: The parts that come standard with the car were not available the day of purchase. When I came back for them the next morning the parts manager did not know why the sales manager or finance manager could not find them (when all such vehicle packages like owners manuals were). During my time at the dealership I witnessed an older couple being bullied by a salesperson where they were belittled for not being smart enough for not realizing “what a great deal he was giving them”. I also listened to a salesperson talking trash about customers that had just left wanting to think about their deal overnight. *** My suggestion is to go anywhere else to buy your next car or if you go here you may want to record your transaction. (Florida is a two-party consent state so watch how fast Doral runs away from you want to record the transaction). More
This is a review for Lincoln of cutler bay, which has the same owner as Doral. I’ve been leasing a 2021 Navigator since August. I’ve tried three times to have the car picked up and returned to have mud flaps installed. The first two times, no one showed up or called. This last time I was called the morning of and told they didn’t have a loaner for that day, or any other day. What’s odd is while reading some of their recent reviews, there were men raving about the pickup/return/loaner service they were provided. I can’t say if sexism or discrimination is involved, but I was promised this service when the lease was initiated. In fact, it was a major factor in my purchase because it’s the only family car. I purchased a car Saturday (5/29/2021) at 8:00pm with Robert (Sales Person). I called Robert the same night when I arrived home with the car to let him know that it was making a very loud and unusual sou Robert (Sales Person). Robert mentioned that it was normal because the car has been parked for a very long time and I just needed to drive it a little more. The sound was not normal at all to me so I told him I would come-by the dealer the next day which was Sunday (5/30/2021). When I arrived the next day I spoke with Robert who drove the car and immediately mentioned that it sounds like the tire is rubbing into something. I did not agree with him and the evaluation he made which is why I requested to speak the used car manager. The manager drove the car and advised me to bring it back when the services department opens since they were closed due to "Memorial Day weekend". I dropped off the car (6/1/2021) at 8:39 AM per his suggestions. The car was evaluated by Jose who is the specialist in these types of cars. I have learned that the issue with the car looks to be a differential problem which basically transmits engine power to the wheels... I'm not a car expert but this is not an issue I should be having with a car that has just been purchased. These types of issues should be addressed prior to the car old/new being sold to a prospective buyer. My only concern since day one has been the safety of my boys and I as I have mentioned to them multiple times. At this point I would like for these people to face me nd find a solution for me. According to them the issue has been resolved but being that its related to the engine I don't feel comfortable taking the car anymore. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor since yesterday at 8:30am which is when I dropped off the car and I'm still waiting.... I have communicated with my sales person that I need to speak with someone that has "decision making power" multiple times and nothing. I would like for a supervisor to communicate with me in regards to this issues ASAP because I'm tired of people ignoring me and not taking my concerns seriously. When I arrived there on Saturday it was about 8 people who came-out to help me but now that I'm having this issue nobody is willing to call me or face me. They know who I am and they have my information. Also, please save the apologies and the thank you because I'm not interested at this time. More

Wow. if you look at the hundreds of reviews I have given in my time of writing reviews is likely 98%. However, this group merits a poor rating. They will sell a car right out from under you, while stringing you along. Specifically Ryan D. (RJ?). Here is tip, when they stop communicating with you, they have deceived you. Then the Sales Manager will say, "Oh, I'm so sorry, but I have this other car for you. I know it's not quite what you wanted, but we are really sorry about that." I can see a corner used car lot doing someone this way, but a licensed dealer? This is open and obvious deception you can see, imagine what you don't see. There are many dealers out there, I would not take a chance with this one. More
