2016 Lincoln MKC Water Leak I found the water leak inside my newly purchased 2016 MKC on Tuesday May 31. No loaner vehicles were available. I made arrangements to have a loaner a I found the water leak inside my newly purchased 2016 MKC on Tuesday May 31. No loaner vehicles were available. I made arrangements to have a loaner available for the next day. The loaner wasn't available even though I made arrangements while at the dealer the previous day. I rental car was finally made available the following day. Not one but two leaks were found in my newly purchased 2016 MKC. My 2016 MKC was finally available a little over a week later. The fact that I've not had my car for even 6 months and it has less than 3000 miles and I've had to repeatedly take it to the dealer for repairs is unacceptable and disappointing. More

Very bad experience with my new car 2016 Lincoln Four times I have to take it to the dealer, the last 2 the dash boar was on but the worth part is that I drive with a hand control, and nobody cares i Four times I have to take it to the dealer, the last 2 the dash boar was on but the worth part is that I drive with a hand control, and nobody cares if I have an accident, they are telling me you have to came back 3 times with the same problem maybe we can do something. Noticeable improvement in the service dept My previous service advisor was terrific but he left the company. I returned after he left and was rather dissapointed with the service received and h My previous service advisor was terrific but he left the company. I returned after he left and was rather dissapointed with the service received and hesitant to return back to the Doral location. I am glad that I returned, I noticed improvements immediately. There are 2 new employees with excellent customer service. Alan and a younger employee, I should have taken his name. Alan is my new service advisor he was very attentive. He was respectful and knowledgable . Management has done a good job of listening and responding to customer needs. More
