I ve purchased 2 cars from Doral, my daughter has done the same....we service our vehicles at Doral. I ve dealt with other dealerships in my lifetime and none of them come close to Doral, they are friendl the same....we service our vehicles at Doral. I ve dealt with other dealerships in my lifetime and none of them come close to Doral, they are friendly, non pushing, they let you make up your mind, instead of making the decusion for you, like most dealers do. I will continue to both buy ( or lease ) and service my vehicles at Doral and so will my family, they deserve and earned our business, the right way giving the best to their clients More

The worst place to do business. Salesman was good, managers make promises and don't deliver! They sold me a car with different tires (made in CHINA), when I pointed this out, they said they will chan managers make promises and don't deliver! I was also promised a small discount, ($300 ) that was not given by the managers. The price was inflated with various charges, had to send the car back for basic cleaning and then a 2nd time because the engine wasn't washed. Was promised 30 days warranty, after paying, was told car is sold as is because it is used! Promises are not kept, avoid Doral Lincoln! More

I purchased this car after flying from Alaska to Florida. I was told this car was in great shape "like new" and still had it's original Toyota Warranty as it only had 20k miles. I certainly would not have flown to Florida for anything short of great shape. I was driving back when I found some dings on the car once the sun came out. I took the car to a body shop in Montana (where I would store it for the winter) to have the dings priced and removed. The body shop gentleman took one look and had me pop the hood. Within a couple of minutes he had found thousands of dollars worth of damage. The frame was damaged and in areas had been welded where it would be required to be replaced. He found the hood to be aftermarket as the stickers were missing, the bumper had been replaced and the car had been painted. The body had been repaired very poorly so the car had gaps that he could see immediately and the fender popped lose as it was missing a clip. He said this amount of damage should have been obvious to the dealership and should not have been sold, not to mention the welding was a clear safety hazard. Most of the sales people had been very friendly and I don't wish to believe that this was a group effort to deceive me, however, this amount of damage found so quickly and the fact that I have yet to have them work with me with regard to returning this vehicle makes it seem suspicious. A reputable dealership should be concerned that such a vehicle could be sold off their lot and should wish to make it right immediately. If they didn't know the condition of this vehicle, they should not have told me it was "like new". Had I been told it's condition was even "unknown", I would have NEVER flown from out-of-state simply to look it over. I made this clear when I spoke with them that I needed to know this car was in great shape before I flew from Alaska. I'm still waiting to hear from them as I've been told on three different occasions that they would call me back. I do hope they will make this right and freight this car back to Florida and close the loan for this car. It's a little thing to ask of this large dealership considering the circumstances. More
