I bought a used vehicle 4 weeks ago, after ten miles of use I noticed an electrical issue that affect all electronics in the vehicle, I took the car the next day and the Sales person told me that the car h use I noticed an electrical issue that affect all electronics in the vehicle, I took the car the next day and the Sales person told me that the car have some remaining factory warranty and to take it to a Mercedes Benz dealer . At the Mercedes Benz dealer they could not find my vehicle VIN number in their database. After few hours I got a call from the service adviser and explained to me that this vehicle is a Grey market vehicle, which was not made for the USA market, it was sold originally overseas to another country. Now the main issue is that the USA part and coding for this vehicle are not the same. Part need to be ordered directly from Germany and could take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, also the car have no remaining warranty. Now I explained all this to the sales person, floor manager and the general manager at Doral Lincoln and they just giving me the run around for the past month. I returned the car to their facility two weeks later after the purchased date, now they will received the car back but they will not do a full refund paid on the vehicle, leaving me with no car and no money yet, the amount offered to me is $2600 less than what I paid. Doral Lincoln statement is that they can’t lose money. Another vehicle was offered but adding the remaining not refunded balance. The car is offered for sale again in their website and another third party websites for the same price I bought it 2008 ML350 Black\Black DORAL LINCOLN IS NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP!!! More

Horrible buying experience! We were buying the car from out of state and in the beginning everthing went smoothly. Eduardo answered the few questions we had in regards to the condition of the car. We agreed on a price (be careful, they tried to stick us with over $500 in "dealer fees" in the end!) and started the paper work. That's where things fell apart. The funds were delivered and Eduardo couldn't find it, then he insisted we pay FL state tax (even though we explained we would pay tax here in TX when the car arrived), neglected to mention the car only came with 1 key, delayed the title, delayed the shipping of the vehicle because he forgot how to do paperwork (seriously!), left the temp tag off the car (so it couldn't be driven when it got here, and put the car on the transport with only 1 gal of gas in the tank! After explaining to him (and his GM Mario) they both said they had done nothing wrong (even in the face of all the e-mailed documentation!) You would think buying from a name brand dealer would be smooth sailing but Eduardo and Mario both strove to do the bare min on all items and then blame anyone else for their short comings. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
I called the dealer requesting information on certain cars and to get a brief ball park figure of my trade in value. I then went to the dealership and was assigned a sales man by the name of Eddie. Worst service I have ever recieved at a supposed 4 star dealership. I was lied to from day one everytime I was interested in one of there cars on the website I would ask the car was not available. they only had 50% of their online inventory available. I then kept being told I was approved but for different amounts and different requirements everytime the paperwork was started. As well I requested to speak to a manager several times when I called and I was continously transferred to voicemails that were full. Also I was told by several employees Miguel Otero Finance manager that I would be given a great offer for my trade in to not be upside down and that he guarentees me that I would be a able to drive a car. non of that was true. came to the end result of Hector general manager calling me 3 weeks later saying this is what we need and we cant do anything for your deal. You need more money. When I clearly was told and advised and guarenteed by other employees that I would be perfect with what I had and with a co signer. they all refused my deal and paperwork and decided to stop working with my deal. very extremely disappointed in this car dealer and their services that they provided. when the manager called me he told me he hadnt seen my paperwork but from what I told him and and what he understood my paperwork and deal would be voided nothing can be done and a unrealistic apology was given. More

Overall fantastic experience. Went to Doral Lincoln after Esserman VW sold the vehicle i'd made a deal to purchase. Found a vehicle on Doral Lincolns website spoke with Patty by phone, and made arrangements Esserman VW sold the vehicle i'd made a deal to purchase. Found a vehicle on Doral Lincolns website spoke with Patty by phone, and made arrangements to test drive later that day. When I pulled into the parking lot it was drizzling. I was immediately greeted outside by Domingo Lopez with umbrella handy. We test drove the vehicle immediately agreed on price and within two hours I was done with the entire process. Everyone from sales to finance to the insurance guy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Great first time buying experience. More
Purchased used crossfire had issues from day one. After two weeks, had car problems and continue to have issues with. They claim it was certify, but not to my knowledge.
