I purchased a previously owned 2010 Lincoln Navigator from Doral Lincoln in late 2012. The buying experience was pleasant and I was treated with extreme professionalism. I have used them on a few occasions for warranty issues and all went well. Today Tuesday March 18th, 2014 I decided to use them to do a complete brake job on my Navigator. I called the service department around 09:00am and spoke to Carlos Viera and he informed me that they could start the service around 10:00am and quoted me very reasonable price. I showed up around 10:30am and met with Carlos and they began the service. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. James Gonzalez was the service technician and he performed his job perfectly. I will continue to use them for all of my automobile needs from this time forward. I will also recommend them to everyone. More

I have been told by your Service Department that I am not able to link my Blackberry to my car via SYNC. This is very problematic for me. I am in my car for business a good part of each day. The fact I cannot use Bluetooth is extremely frustrating. Thruthfully, if I had known of this limitation I would not have purchased the car and would have stayed with BMW. More
