A Great Experience! Direlle Lincoln has been a wonderful experience dealing with the service department. At first I thought it might be a problem since I did not buy my Direlle Lincoln has been a wonderful experience dealing with the service department. At first I thought it might be a problem since I did not buy my car at this location. After calling the service department and getting an appointment quickly I took my car in early Saturday and met with Antonio. Antonio was very nice to deal with I asked him about a loaner car and he looked into it immediately. The person who set up the loaner car not very nice young lady also very friendly did everything quickly and before I knew I was on my way. The service was done with the allotted time given even earlier than I expected. I would say this is an excellent place to move your car. I've had many luxury cars in the past from Mercedes, Jag's and Porsche, this service department rates right up there with the luxury car serviced apartments . More

Waiting time wasn’t so bad. I would give an excellent review however; last time I took my car in for service they never checked my batttery and it completely corroded. To make matters worse, it happened during Hurricane Irma and I could not get to my family because of this negligence. I believe driving a luxury car these strenuous and unpredictable circumstances should never happen because we pay for this kind of services! Had they simply checked under the hood, they would have seen the battery acid corroding the connections and that would have never happened. It shouldn’t be the consumers job to make sure the car inspection are completed correctly! On a more positive note, everyone is very friendly and they do make the process easy with online scheduling or curtesy vehicles. As I said, I would happily give an excellent review however; my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth! Make sure they check everything! More
