Excellent Dealership This was my 4th visit to service my 2012 MKZ and as always the experience was excellent. The work is done in a timely manner and the waiting room and This was my 4th visit to service my 2012 MKZ and as always the experience was excellent. The work is done in a timely manner and the waiting room and facilities are very accommodating. My service writer Mr. Giovanni Martinez has always showed concern and professionalism in his handling of my car. I will trade in my car within a year and Doral Lincoln is where I will go. They gave me a fair deal last time and I am sure that they will do so again. Doral Lincoln is an honest dealer in my book. More

Great experience in general. The staff in this place goes beyond their way in order to help a customer out. Very friendly and helpful. If something needs to be servic in general. If it doesn't nor it's time to get your car serviced they won't waste your time. Great experience in any car dealership by far. More

My husband and I relocated to Miami with the military and were in a culture shock with the international flare of the city and overall lack of friendliness. Your service employee, Gio Martinez, is a breath of fresh air in this city. He always met me with a smile. In fact, the last time I called for an appointment, I asked for the "service department". A gentleman answered and asked for my last name. As soon as I told him, he said "Jane!" Welcome back!" The mechanics are well trained. Each time I brought the car in for service, I've been very happy with the result. It doesn't hurt to have a clean car as a bonus. Thank you. More
