my major problem was taken care of in a super manner by onix your service director, Onix did an excellent job of taking care of my problem however your car has an awful emergency contact system. no road loca your service director, Onix did an excellent job of taking care of my problem however your car has an awful emergency contact system. no road location. i have had 5 Lincolns and will never have another until you get a system equal to on star. the on star system saved my life two times. your system is worthless in the fact that you can't even locate the car and it requires a cell phone. very stupid! and most not acceptable!
