It’s a pleasure to come for a service appointment. They have a great space set up in the waiting room whether you want to sit and watch tv, or a great space to get work done with free Wi-Fi access. No accountability in the service department The service department entered information incorrectly for service to be done to our vehicle on an insurance repair. When we brought it to their atten The service department entered information incorrectly for service to be done to our vehicle on an insurance repair. When we brought it to their attention, they denied that they put it in wrong and that the insurance company never paid them for the work. The insurance company never paid them, because they put in the information into their system wrong. The service department denies any wrong doing and won't fix the original issue or the ensuing issues that was caused by the incorrect fix. They told me to go through insurance. They even stated that the claims of the other problems that occurred were not necessarily tied into the original problem. I trusted this company with my Lincoln and they ruined it. I don't think this is a very trustworthy service department. I wish there was some accountability on their part. Seriously disappointed. More
