From making the appointment My service has always been very good at Doral Lincoln (10years) but this past experience was the very best I've ever had. From making the appointment to driving out the door, everything they said they would, they did. And they did in less time than I had been promised. Not only that, but since I waited for my vehicle as I was able to work from the PC in the waiting lounge, every 20-30 minutes, my service rep, Brisaida Almora, would stop by to give me an update and ask if I needed anything. Including, dropping me off at my office and bringing the car to me when it was done. I don't know Ms. Almora makes but give her a raise. She represents your company with charm, character and extreme professionalism. You are lucky to have her and I hope she is my service rep for as long as I own a Lincoln. Congrats to both her, and Doral Lincoln, for your hiring and training practices. Whatever you are doing, it worked for me. Impossible to improve on the experience I had!!! More
