I made a appointment on September 15th to bring my car in for service on November 14 and when I arrived they said they didn't have a appointment on file for me and asked to see the manager and he told me the for service on November 14 and when I arrived they said they didn't have a appointment on file for me and asked to see the manager and he told me they don't service my vehicle then said they only service vehicles sold by them and that I must have made my appointment elsewhere and thought it was there I checked my phone records and they were the only number in there for a Ford dealership this cost 8 weeks that I could have gone somewhere else I don't recommend this dealership to anyone More
