Brittany and Ariana kept giving me the run around everytime I wanted to schedule to get my parts ordered. Then they said they would call to schedule an appointment when the parts came in. They did no everytime I wanted to schedule to get my parts ordered. Then they said they would call to schedule an appointment when the parts came in. They did not so I had to call 4 times to even get an appointment and contact Gina. Then at the appointment i did not pull into the bay because I was on aware I was supposed to. Brittany rudely said to me I should of pulled my car in and I said sorry i did not know. She rolled her eyes and said I will move it. They told me it would take 3 hours or so. Then call me 3 hours later saying they dont know where my mirror was which was one of the parts I ordered. Then they suddenly found it and i had to wait another hour. They gave me a discount but every-time I go there always have issues. I have sat all day just to get an oil change when I had a scheduled appointment. I do not think Dorsett values my business. More
