Had it for 1 week, did a software update to correct a misfire issue...got it back and less than 300 miles later the check engine light was back on for the exact same cylinder 2 misfire code. Was asked to diagnose ticking after waiting a week for apt was told may need to leave overnight then I had to call for 4 hrs to get a hold of service bc they put scan tool on and come back with bad tt. When I asked service manager y he told grandma that nothing else was wrong with car but tt and they never looked at oil or ticking then tried to tell me on phone it needed cam and lifters I asked y this is not on report he says he can email me 1 with it. But they didn't check it so how are u sure thats what it is made him give refund for so called diagnosing and will never be back nor any one I know.
