I have just been ripped off by these horrible people. I took my Jeep in because it was not responding when turning corners. They took it in and Rick (the tech) took it for a drive and said it was the r I took my Jeep in because it was not responding when turning corners. They took it in and Rick (the tech) took it for a drive and said it was the rotors on the front wheels. I had replaced those rotors 3 weeks earlier. The tech (Rick) said the front rotors needed to be replaced!!! That they were so warped that he couldn't even turn them. What a horrible thing to do to an older lady. THEY WERE BRAND NEW. When I took the car in to a mechanic today - because it was doing the same thing, he said the back rotors were really bad. I drove to Doug Smith and I talked with a smart elect red headed guy who wouldn't help me. I showed him both receipts that showed I had just replaced the rotors and he shrugged his shoulders and clicked his pen and said "sorry" we have to go by what the tech says. I said, the rotors were just replaced - it is the back rotors that are bad. He said I can't help you. We go by what our tech says. I asked him, seriously, if you were in my shoes and you saw these 2 receipts, how would you feel. He said "confused". I asked if they would please make it right. They charged me $578. He shrugged and said nope. Wonderful company, right! More

I had a wonderful experience trading in a car for another used car here. My trade in had some electrical problems, but my salesman said not to worry about it, and gave me a really wonderful deal. They also held the car that I was interested in for several hours while I drove down from Salt Lake city so, that I could be sure it would still be there. This was my first time buying a car where I really felt that the dealer was more interested in treating me well than in making money. my salesman was Pedram, and he was really fun to work with. After this experience, I'll be doing more business with this dealership in the future. More
They do not honor the Jeep wave program here. This is all in less than 2 years. Worst dealership I have ever done business with. More
