Everybody loves the smell of a new car. Shopping for one on the other hand is something much less pleasant. Unless you shopping at Doug Smith Kia and your sale person is Mr. Lynn Wightman.. Within a year this was our second purchase from this dealer ship. Everybody there is nice and they don't ,,push ''. Mr. Lynn Wightman is so awesome to work with. He really listens to what we wanted and didn't wanted. He was wonderful thru out this whole process. If you on the market for a new car and you don't want any headache that usually comes with it, save your self a stress and go to Doug Smith Kia. They will treat you as a valued costumer. Living in Draper it's worth of drive even for service and oil change. We highly recommend this car dealer ship. We know were are next car will come from! More
This dealership fit the steryotype of your typical car dealer, we were unimpressed to say the least. We spoke with the finance manager first to discuss our budget, she was friendly and helpful but then tu dealer, we were unimpressed to say the least. We spoke with the finance manager first to discuss our budget, she was friendly and helpful but then turned us over to our sales person. We felt he was lazy more concerned about making the sale than finding us what we really wanted within our budget. The process took all day and by the end of it we were exhausted and felt pressured into settling for a payment that was about $100 more than what we had told him we wanted. That evening we even left not fully understanding all of the car's features and how to operate them. We are happy with the vehicle itself but the overall experience had much to be desired. We still have some questions about our new car but will be visiting another dealership to get our ansewers. More
