He was not pushy or aggressive like so many other car salesmen with whom we have dealt over the years. In complete contrast, Yohan was cheerful and helpful throughout the entire process, from selection to purchase – never hovering or presumptuous yet quick to respond to our questions and requests. The sales person was inexperienced but friendly. Make sure to read all the paperwork as they will not go over them with you and don't sign until you verify what the car price really is. I don't recommend this place but I am glad I got a car I liked. Honestly if they had gone through all the paperwork I wouldn't have bought it. Used a "total price" instead of the actual car sales price. Never assume how much the tax/fees and warranty would be yourself and verify everything. The sales manager basically took the car price we agreed on from the extended warranty price. Dealers can mark up the warranty price as high as they want. I felt bad for the finance person as they lost their commission. I would avoid this place. Their justification is that they aren't responsible for going over paperwork. Maybe it's just a courtesy that actual good dealerships do to go over paperwork with you. It's still my fault for not going over everything myself. So word of advice if you go here which I don't recommend: Go through everything and don't sign unless it's very clear. My mother was actually looking at a new Hyundai and talked with one of the sales reps on the floor but I told her to stay away from this place as it's shady. More
