They were transparent and honest about all fees (UNLIKE the other dealership) and through every step of the transaction. We LOVE our car and highly recommend Caden to all our friends and family. More

Just picked up my vintage car at Douglas Chrysler in Venice and spent 5000.00 to fix it and it was filthy. I did not take it there that way. Gregg gave me a car wash ticket but I do not take the car th Venice and spent 5000.00 to fix it and it was filthy. I did not take it there that way. Gregg gave me a car wash ticket but I do not take the car thru a car wash..He said you know this is Florida and things get dirty. He then said well you can leave it over the weekend and we will detail it. It should have been done before I picked it up..There were grease fingerprints on the inside of the door and a black film all over the outside of the car. He then walked away from me.. No customer service there. Will not go back there. More
