Wonderful! The lease on my mom's Hyundai Tucson was nearing the term end date and we only had a few days to finalize the turn-in and lease another vehicle. Daniel was very responsive and approachable by phone and when we met him in person, he didn't disappoint. We were very specific about the interior and exterior color and he was willing to pick up the exact vehicle of choice from another Hyundai storage location. I appreciated that he didn't attempt to sell/lease a vehicle that we would not be happy with. Overall, great service all around. More

Great Everything is awesome at Downey Hyundai! Just this past visit for oil change, the service person did the multi inspection and under the tires section Everything is awesome at Downey Hyundai! Just this past visit for oil change, the service person did the multi inspection and under the tires section he marked that the tires had 36 psi all four of them. So, when I checked all four tires were not 36 psi they were how I brought the car with 46 psi, 32 psi, 33 psi and 34 psi. So, that makes me think maybe some service people do not inspect the whole car they just say everything is good...Myself is an quality control inspector at my job where I inspect vehicles as well so I know the drill. However, other than that everything is awesome. I highly recommend Raidel Soto as an advicer. Very helpful and respectful gentlemen. More
