Overall I had an good experience. Handling both recalls took a bit longer than initially estimated (told 3 to 4 hours but left 6 hrs later) but I did get a free wash so that was nice. The difference between the advertised price and the asking price (with taxes and fees) was way more than we anticipated (38% higher). Our salesperson worked with us though and we got it down (to 23% asking price (with taxes and fees) was way more than we anticipated (38% higher).
