The service tech people are professional and polite. I love that they are able to provide you with a ride to your destination if you cannot stay and wait. I think all dealerships should take note of t I love that they are able to provide you with a ride to your destination if you cannot stay and wait. I think all dealerships should take note of this and provide the same service. Unfortunately, they did not resolve my issues with my one-year-old car. More

If i could give a negative number i would. Horrible service. Took my car in to complete items that were owed as part of my purchase. 1. Fix the air in the tires to the nitro that they forced m Horrible service. Took my car in to complete items that were owed as part of my purchase. 1. Fix the air in the tires to the nitro that they forced me to purchase . 2. Install the LoJack system they forced me to purchase and 3 to complete a full detail since they were unable to do so the night i bought the car. Three items needed to be completed none were done. I tried to contact service department 8 times while they had my car. They kept promising me they would call me back. They did not. When i arrived to pick up my car noone knew what was going on. I waited over an hour to be told the only thing completed was the LoJack despite me telling multiple people what needed to be done. After the install on Friday i attempted to connect the app to my car. The app said they could not find my car. When I contacted LoJack they did not install it correctly. I called again on Monday multiple times. Again I was promised that someone would call me back. Again noone did. I texted the sales person and left a message. No return call. I have tried to have them fix the problems. They have not. I called once again today (Tuesday) and still noone will help solve the problem. Horrible service, horrible communication. Not to mention that the 2 items i was forced to pay for they did not deliver. Do your self a favor and avoid this dealer and service center at all costs. More
