Purchased a pre-owned chevy express cargo van nearly a month ago. Our salesman promised us a new side view mirror (glass only) and remotes for the van. We have not seen those come nor have we received any month ago. Our salesman promised us a new side view mirror (glass only) and remotes for the van. We have not seen those come nor have we received any update regarding those. We also had a valid concern over the sliding door that seemed to protrude outwards when closed. We were told this was normal, however, we compared the door to our other 2 doors at home, both their sliding doors sit flush with the car's body. Jordan was our salesman. We feel he said and promised whatever he felt was necessary to sell us the car. More
