First time ever at Hyndai of Downey, was referred to them and Happy to say everyone was very friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs as I didn’t know what type of vehicle I wanted. Zayn and Gise them and Happy to say everyone was very friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs as I didn’t know what type of vehicle I wanted. Zayn and Giselle were the 2 sales persons helping out and have to say, they are the type of sales person that I would like to deal with all the time. The service team wasn’t able to figure out why the brakes made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. I just bought the car 2.5 months ago and it is made a squeaky sound sometimes. It comes on/off. And after the car was serviced it was returned dirty. I just bought the car 2.5 months ago and it is disappointing to see how I was treated. The waiting area sucked. Coffee machine was broken, tv is just going off and you can’t control what you’re watching and the volume. If a customer is going to wait 2 hours there should be either a provision of a loaner car or the waiting area amenities need to improve. More
