Horribile Service Went in for routine maintence Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc... simple stuff, right? I inform them to reset my tire pressure, "PSI" I marked the tire Went in for routine maintence Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc... simple stuff, right? I inform them to reset my tire pressure, "PSI" I marked the tires and they where in the same place when I got the car back.....AND I NEVER signed for any WORK nor did I get a REPORT of what was done to my car OR A OVERALL REPORT regarding my car I've been a longtime customer and have NEVER experience anything like this. I have a very good experience at Downey Hyundai I went in for just an oil change and they let me know I had a recall on my car. So they ended up getting me a rental car and my engine was replaced d I went in for just an oil change and they let me know I had a recall on my car. So they ended up getting me a rental car and my engine was replaced due to the recall. I paid nothing fir the rental nor the new engine so all ended good. More
