Made an appointment one month in advance for a recall, understanding that this would only be an inspection to see if a repair needed to be done. Ridiculous, but wait there’s more — The waiting would take place in a cramped modular trailer with no indoor plumbing working. Would have to settle for either a portable potty or walk to a Vons to go to the bathroom. Left. Not going back. More

Overall, it was my pleasure to shop here. They did not try to push me too much into buying a vehicle and were helpful in providing me with the funds necessary to complete my purchase. My only complaint is that when I returned to ask for more gas in the car, one lady told me they could provide me with a $25.00 voucher, but then another gentlemen said that because I had driven it outside the lot, they would not fill my car with gas nor with the voucher. I thought the least they could do is provide me with some gasoline! This instance refrains me from giving the full 5 star review. More
