I had to contact them to verify if my car was ready. It was ready for how long, I don't know. Also, they didn't explain what was fixed not even Walk me through it. I just got paper invoice. This service center was much better than the El Monte centers under the names of Win Hyundai or Patriot Hyundai. Jackie and the mechanic explained any problems that came up completely with photos of the centers under the names of Win Hyundai or Patriot Hyundai. It is the first time I came in and did not have to stay past 3 pm on a Saturday for any service appointment. I was surprised when Jackie came to me and said the car was ready just before 2 pm. Making an appointment and not having to stay there all day makes a difference to me where I take my car. Thank you! More
