It took a long time to get the car back. Walt left on vacation and nobody followed up on the repairs or time of delivery. I was left on the line for a long time. Very bad experience ever since I purchased my new vehicle. Radio has been changed 3 times & it took over 2 months for them to replace my radio the last time I went.I directly went to to service direc vehicle. Radio has been changed 3 times & it took over 2 months for them to replace my radio the last time I went.I directly went to to service director thinking he would take a better care of my situation,but it was worse.never received a phone call back from him letting me know if my radio had arrived.last service I asked for them to check my interior lights because one wasn't working.my car was returned to me in the same condition.nothing was fixed.so having to go back & forth so many times is such an inconvenience....my car is finally fixed after all I've been through on a brand new car.I just can't believe how many problems this new car has given me.wouldn't buy a nissan ever again =( More
