I first met with Jim Ransom three months ago looking for a good deal to buy a new EV LEAF. He was and he is so patient with me and my wife. It was a great experience overall. I hadn't set out that day to look at Nissan but a friend who had had a good experience there with Kyle, talked me into it. I came to Downtown Nissan after a terrible experience at another local dealership. We called before we went, and were assured we would be well taken care of. Mike was waiting for us when we got there, and t another local dealership. We called before we went, and were assured we would be well taken care of. Mike was waiting for us when we got there, and took me straight out to look and test drive the car I wanted. He gave the most thorough overview of the car I received out of 3 different dealerships. I also got the best price of the 3, and got a very fair price on my trade. Overall, I walked away at least $5000 better off than I would have been elsewhere. We were at the dealership until almost 11 at night, and staff were still kind and helpful! Everything was explained to me throughly, and I did not feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me to death. Because of how late it was one of the accessories that came with the car was already locked up for the night. I live about an hour from the dealership, but Mike offered to deliver it to me. Also, huge kudos and thanks to Mike! A few days after my purchase I found out that when he left work that night he went straight to the hospital for a migraine and was there for 3 days, but you never would have guessed anything was wrong working with him that night. He also more than made up for the delayed delivery of the accessory because of his hospitalization. Mike and the Downtown Nissan team were GREAT to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car! More
