I would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we didn't feel pressured to do anything that we felt uncomfortable with, they worked with us on getting us in the payment that we were looking for. The only complaint that I have is that it took 4 hours from start to finish. I had to wait for over an hour for the financing guy to finish with another customer. I was interested in purchasing or leasing a new Nissan LEAF. Jim let me take an extensive test drive to examine my likely extended commute scenario in a vehicle entering its second model year with brand new technology. The primary reasons I didn't give across the board great ratings: * There was some misinformation provided regarding the credit available for a residential charging unit for electric vehicles. * After I adjusted my lease to allow for 15,000 miles/year, the change wasn't extended to the residual price requiring a return trip for re-executing the lease. Bonus points for: * a modest rate adjustment to make up for the charger credit misquote (which affected my down payment) * double checking the vehicles charge port/battery functionality after the residential charger was installed while I was executing the least agreement Jim was very courteous and thorough without being overbearing throughout the sales process. At no time did I feel pressured, and Jim followed up with me after a few days to make sure the vehicle was meeting my expectations. The experience was much better than just a transaction involving the exchange of money. More

I went to the dealership expecting to be frustrated just like I have been at every other dealership I have been to. But Ned was not pushy.
