Far above any other Dealer in the area. Amazing difference. I had an extra awesome experience with Downtown Nissan. - Started with me needing to get a new car because my 2004 Lincoln LS was aging and had som I had an extra awesome experience with Downtown Nissan. - Started with me needing to get a new car because my 2004 Lincoln LS was aging and had some opportunities that it was in my best interest to get into the better vehicle. I originally started on Equifax site looking for Auto Loan to get approvals and 1800SecondChance gave me a link over to this several dealerships. I have the soft place in my heart for Nissan's. I had found some Altima's for a decent deal and sent an interest card. Chris Pearson responded. He and I talked about my current Credit Situation and Financial one and Car one and was straight up with him. He came back and said with your deal we would have to put you in a new one and this term and Interest rate. Also, you're approved so we can move on this today if you want. I was beside myself and elated. I wanted to field any other offers then thought about changing vehicle types. After few days I was asking a question here and there to Chris and was nice to respond and gave my information. In the end I with new Nissan Altima SR Special Edition. What an amazing ride. I can tell you that other Dealership that has 2 locations one in Gallatin and. on in Shelbyville is extremely shady and bad deals. Downtown Nashville Nissan stood above all the other dealerships non-sense and shadiness. I had every step of this process explained to me and were nice to me.. They treated me with respect and made sure we had all the options. Chris Pearson was very awesome at listening to what I was wanting and looking for and getting me into something that matched. Lacy was very nice in going over some features and making sure I could cover more things with Chris as follow up and making my whole time very good. Ricky doing the financing was very straightforward and patient. He was great at explained everything to me and showed me Why and How thing was working and helped seal the financial aspect of the deal. Was very good about helping me out on what I can do and how to fix other things too. This is what a team should be like and this is my 1st new car in my life and I am 46 years old. So to me w/o things being given to me like other people its all been tooth and nail. I look forward to buying other vehicles in future from this dealership. Thank you. More

It was bad experience, sales manger was unprofessional Internet manger sent me an email with great offers, went to the dealership to buy an used Nissan altima, I did submit an offer , sales manger came to Internet manger sent me an email with great offers, went to the dealership to buy an used Nissan altima, I did submit an offer , sales manger came to me without introducing himself to me, he was mad at the offer and treated me with anger and left me without saying bye, he just left me alone , I took my bad experience with me and left the place wondering how big place like this hire unprofessional sales manger like that and losing serious buyers and easy lose money. I had a 2015 Nissan Versa Note and had a wreck and totaled it so I needed another car. I liked my Versa so much that's what I was looking for. When I explained to Chris what I wanted he was able to tell me what was available at that time. I found one I liked and started the process of buying it when I was told for a difference of 10 to 25 dollars a month I could get a Sentra. Chris explained the differences in the two cars and then he showed me one and test drove it, needless to say I left with the Sentra. Chris is a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Richard Hess also had a hand in my buying experience he handled to financial end of things. Over all I would highly recommend these two anyone needing a vehicle of any kind. More
