My experience was great! I always dread car shopping only because most cars salesman are creepy and try to oversell me. Kyle was pleasant, simple and got right to the point. My husbnad and I were looking for a new vehicle -- liked the looks of these new Rogues. After a search on the net, it sent our injuiry to 3 dealerships in our area. Justin emailed me back very quickly and also gave me a quick call just to "check in". Justin called me back 2-3 times more and also emailed me. He was always very polite - never pushy -- I hate pushy. But, he was always very willing to "help", but never over-powering. So, yesterday, my hushand and I stopped by the dealership. We bought a new Rogue! We're so THRILLED with our new Rogue and also with Justin Smith! Justin, you're THE BEST! Thanks so much for ALL your help! More

He answered all our questions, was very friendly and outgoing. He made it fun! Car buying is serious and we were seriously "just looking". But after our test drive we were "seriously considering". We had a price in mind that would fit our budget. They worked with us and gave us a fair price that included my 12 year old car as a trade in. The car we chose was merlot but we wanted a beige interior and not the black interior they had. They found another vehicle, merlot in color with the beige interior we preferred. They drove it in and we have been driving it ever since. This is a dealership that is committed to giving quality customer service. We were even given a tour of the service area and introduced to who would be our personal contact with all our new car needs. We have been contacted since our purchase to inquire about our satisfaction with our new car and to see if we had any questions or needs. I do recommend this dealership if you are in the process of looking for a new car. We have never owned a Nissan. They are great cars! I know that this one is backed by a dedicated dealership. I just wish we had visited them first. It would have saved us a lot of time and research. More
It was an extremely hot day outside and Arisha, our sales liaison, was very helpful in keeping us cool and our needs met. She was a delightful person to work with and I would be happy to recommend her to oth liaison, was very helpful in keeping us cool and our needs met. She and Kyle, the floor manager, did their best to work within our budget and come out with a car that fit well with us. It was also refreshing to know how appreciative they were of our business and the frequency with which Arisha has kept in contact with us in case there were any questions/issues. I will definitely return here in the future for any new car purchase. More

Justin clearly did his homework and there is no question he knows his product line and believes in the quality and benefits of Nissan vehicles. I don't think I've ever run across a sales representative that could tell me whether a vehicle had a timing belt or chain, but Justin knew the 2.5L engine was equipped with a timing chain. The staff at the dealership was patient, efficient, and catered to our needs. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More
