I needed a vehicle quickly due to a recent accident where mine was totaled. Additionally my time frame was limited due to my wife having surgery. After a rocky start with another Nissan dealership in the Coo mine was totaled. Additionally my time frame was limited due to my wife having surgery. After a rocky start with another Nissan dealership in the Cool Springs area where I did not receive the service I expected and was very disappointed in how I had been treated, I connected with Justin Smith at Downtown Nashville Nissan through a Consumer Reports Internet Referral. He listened to my needs and was very, very helpful in working with my criteria. In a just few phone calls over an afternoon, we discussed what I wanted, he located a suitable vehicle, a 2012 Pathfinder SV, we negotiated terms and agreed to finalize the sale the next day after the vehicle was brought to the dealership. We met the next day, first time I had ever been to dealership, and I purchased the vehicle and took delivery. Justin was outstanding in his personal service to me and consideration of my needs and timing. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and offerings be Nissan. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, respectful and patient. Natasha is a wonderful Customer Service Rep and thoroughly explained all of the services and offerings of the dealership. Tshombe offered very detailed and informative financial options for what I wanted and needed to do. I really appreciate his assistance. Martreece later helped to conclude the paperwork and finances for the vehicle. To summarize, this is the only Nissan dealership in the Nashville area that anyone needs to be dealing with for their vehicle purchase. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, very helpful. Without a doubt, this is the very best group of auto sales personnel I have dealt with in a long time. I would also like to extend thanks to Jason Buckner for his help and kind words to my wife after her surgery. Thanks to everyone I worked with at downtown Nashville Nissan. You truly made this experience easy, problem free, and very professional. It was a delight to work with everyone. More

Due to our busy lives, we were looking for a new Nissan on a Sunday morning. Via the convenient Nissan USA website vehicle locator, we found that Downtown Nashville Nissan had several of our chosen Nissan on a Sunday morning. Via the convenient Nissan USA website vehicle locator, we found that Downtown Nashville Nissan had several of our chosen Nissan Altimas with our specific options and color in stock, but also, were open on Sunday. These things combined with the wonderfully cordial, compentent and sincere professionalism of the dealer staff led to an easy purchase decision. Mrs Manley is a asset to Downtown Nashville Nissan, she has good people skills something you do not find in most salespeople. I went in to test drive a used vehicle w a set budget. I left with a new vehicle that was a little more than I had anticipated but the negotiated price was worth it. Just purchased a2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 sr. I LOVE my new car!! Justin was great to deal with. Justin and I communicated via email to hammer out the deal. Answered all of our questions, and followed up with us later that day AFTER we got home with the car . He really appreciated ourbusiness. The dealership tints the windows for all of their customers. Loved that feature. The whole staff was great. I wasn't thrilled with the cars pinstripe. No problem----Justin had it removed in no time. The detail guys did a great job. Great experience. More

I was greeted at the door each time very professionally and immediately helped. I had used the web site to select my car of interest and Justin Smith followed up with me via phone and we set up the appoin and immediately helped. Because I arrived early, Justin was with another customer, he had Arisha help me. I could not have asked for a nicer sales person. Arisha took all the time I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. When I told her I wanted to check out the Honda Fit, she agreed that I should so I would feel comfortable with my final selection. She worked with me for over 3 hours on Friday. On Saturday, I was again called by Justin to make sure I was happy with Arisha and how I was treated and again I had a few new questions which were immediately answered. We then set up another appointment for that day to possibly finalize the deal. I wanted to test drive it one more time. Arisha had the car pulled up and cooled down and ready for me when I arrived. We took it for a very long test drive and when I was satisfied, we sat down to finalize the deal. Again, Arisha spent over 3 hours on Saturday with me, even calling State Farm for me to make sure the collision coverage was on the new car. She had Natasha Watson walk me through the service area. Arisha and Natasha went over the new car check list in detail and not only explained things, but showed me on the car. And all the time, Justin and JC would follow up and make sure I was satisfied. This is my 2nd Nissan car but the first time with this dealership. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend not only this dealership, but also all of these people. Ryan and Martenee (I apologize for not having their last names and if I have misspelled their name) and especially Arisha treated me with the utmost respect. I never once felt pressured or rushed. They listened to me and what I needed and gave me all the time I needed. Arisha made me feel welcome! More

I met Tim at the door upon our arrival and explained that I wanted to trade in my 2011 Nissan Altima but didn't know if it was possible to do so since approximately only a yar has passed since I purchased th I wanted to trade in my 2011 Nissan Altima but didn't know if it was possible to do so since approximately only a yar has passed since I purchased the Altima. Tim said he would everything possible to assist us. The front door receptionist girl also was very nice and helpful by the way. I told what I had to work with and he led us out the door to look at some used vehicles that I asked about and then to look at new vehicles since the rebates were very good this weekend. To make a long story short we purchased a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. The numbers just came out right! Tim offered us water and snacks and although it was a busy weekend at Downtown Nissan all went extremely well. Tim was very cordial, informative and quite the gentleman. Tim actually explained that it might be actually better to get us into another new vehicle than to purchase a used vehicle and he was right. The figures all worked out. Another pleasant experience at Downtown Nissan!!!!! Thanks Tim and the finance man who gave us a great deal on an exteneded warranty at a great price and closed on our deal/paperwork.
