I'm going to Nissan Corp with this one. 1. You told me I needed new valve covers. I have documented evidence from another dealer that I do not. 2. You broke my MAF sensor and told me it was because the car was old. LOL. Your tech drove my car too hard and broke it. 3. You tried to sell me $1500 in ignition coils when I only needed spark plugs ($300). Sorry, but Im going to the top on this one. I will also leave a bad review on every site I can so that no one else experiences anything like this.

I understand that you are extremly upset with your experience in our service department. I also understand that you want to contact Nissan Corp. Part of my position is dealing with complaints as I explained in my previous email. I am merely trying to get a head start on correcting the problems as it sometimes takes Nissan Corp a couple day to start their process. As the Customer Relations Manager, I strive to ensure every customer has a positive experience. If you could give me some information such as your car type, name, or date of service I will be better able to see what occured during your visit and work with the Service Manager to ensure this does not happen again in the future. I have contacted Nissan Corp and faxed over evidence from another Nissan dealership stating that I DO NOT need new valve covers. Your service dept. stated my valve covers were leaking. I also faxed over information showing I did not need an ignition coil...I needed spark plugs!! Everything has been documented through Nissan corp and I believe your dealership was contacted by them today. I really hope your dealership is not in the business of charging customers for services they don't need. I also noticed your service techs driving cars that were there to be serviced fast out of the service bay TIRES SCREECHING which I forgot to mention to the Nissan Corp. rep.
