I was communicating constantly with the manager Benjamin about an Xterra. Once I got to the dealership after an hour drive..I was informed it was sold. He would not even approach me about this. I was shuffled from person to person until I specifically asked for Benjamin. He was very short and unprofessional. I ended up purchasing from another dealership..I won't be back and will not recommend Downtown Nissan to anyone. Someone needs to keep an eye on the goings on in there. It's like a locker room! It's loud..and all the boys club are just cutting up when business should be going on. I'm highly unsatisfied and had hard earned money to spend.
