A bit pricey for an oil change. Also, had a windshield washer problem, suggested fix was for rear spray nozzle to be replaced (as I was told it wasn't working). I was supposed to get a call or email as to price. Never got one. Got home, tried washers and both front and rear worked! So, inaccurate diagnosis. Service center means well, but just make sure you know what you need and if necessary get another opinion. Note: I don't feel comfortable rating the service dept. people. They are good people and mean well. You won't let me submit this survey w/o rating one! So, I picked the one on my invoice. rating was based on above comments. More
I've been taking my Suburu2915 outback here since I bought it and have been happy with the service here. Most recently had the breaks done and oil change and tires rotated and a leak was fixed. They test drove the car on the freeway to make sure there would no more leak. I drove the car to Truckee the next day. Once again happy with the work done. More

Glad they fixed my car even though they said they had no more appointments... It has died at the top of the hills & I had to coast in. They also delivered it that evening -before they promised it. Over several years now, Kevin has consistently been helpful and pleasant. Most recently he helped correct an invoice from a new staffer who was trying to overcharge me. He noticed the errors and made sure it was corrected. I know I’ll always be treated fairly by him and trust he’ll help me take the best care of my car, not just try to oversell or overcharge me. He also never treats me like I’m an idiot (many car places do). Toyota is lucky to have him — he is solid! More
